DESCRIPTION
===========
Matereality for Altair Users is a lightweight PC application
that permits Altair customers to use Matereality.com via
their Altair Tokens/License.

REQUIREMENTS
============
-Modern Windows (Vista, 7, 8, 8.1) operating system with 
	an internet connection. 
-A valid Altair license, and an actively running license server
-Set a windows environment variable "LMX_LICENSE_PATH" pointing 
	to your Altair license server
	STEPS:
		open "Control Panel"
		from "Control Panel" open "System" window 
		from the "System Window" open "Advanced systen settings"
			(this should open a window titled "System Properties")
		from the "Advanced" tab of "System Properties" click
			"Environment Variables"
		in the "System variables" area look for an entry with
			the name "LMX_LICENSE_PATH"
		if it exists, make sure it is correctly pointing to
			your licencse server.
		if there is not a system variable with the name 
			"LMX_LICENSE_PATH", click "New", and enter 
			the name as "LMX_LICENSE_PATH" without quotation 
			marks and the value as "6200@YourLicenseServer" 
			without quotation marks, replacing "YourLicenseServer"
			with the name of your PC (which should have the
			license server installed and running on it)
		click "Ok" to save changes and exit out of these windows

INSTALLATION
============
1) Extract "matereality_for_altair_v12.zip" to a local folder
2) Open the folder where you just extracted "matereality_for_altair_v12.zip"
3) Inside that folder should see a directory "Application Files" 
   	a the files "Matereality4AltairUsers.application" and "setup.exe"
4) Double click on "setup.exe" to open it and start the installer
5) Follow the prompts on screen to install Matereality for Altair Users
	NOTE: The installer will likely have to download external files from
		Microsoft. Specifically, the ".NET Framework 4.5.2" and 
		the "Visual c++ 2013 redistributable". This is normal.
6) After installation, the Matereality for Altair Users should 
	start and open a small window, into which you can enter
	your Matereality credentials to login.

REMARKS
=======
- This installer works on a per-user basis, and generally
	won't require administrator privileges.
- This installer should create shortcuts in the Start Menu
	and an entry in Windows list of installed programs.
	You can create a desktop shortcut by copying the 
	Start Menu shortcut.

UNINSTALLATION
==============
1) Open up Windows Control Panel
2) Navigate to the list of installed programs
3) Locate the entry for Matereality for Altair
4) Right click that entry and click uninstall and follow
	the prompts
