The Material Databases product line is designed to provide material suppliers with the means to host their own databases on their own web-sites with all the ‘never-before available’ functionality of Matereality.

Matereality allows material suppliers to create a 365/24/7 high technical competency global support platform that facilitates close collaboration between customers and outward looking personnel: technical support, sales and marketing. This best-in-class technology goes beyond any databases currently deployed by any material supplier.

Marketing consistency

The database appears on your own web-site.With the Skins option, it can be configured to have the same look as your web-site, sporting your logo, corporate colors and primary motifs.

Sales leads

Each database user has a unique global identification. With this feature, you can use the Access Logs to monitor who is using your data and in what detail. Your sales teams can monitor and respond in a timely manner to client interest in a particular product.

Control your proprietary information

You designate a Material Data Steward to maintain overall quality control of the database. Ownership of the data for each of your product lines can be vested with your product specialists. In this way, decisions about publication, access, sharing and ownership of data follow your current business practices.

Consolidation

A single platform stores all your properties both public and private. Let your customers locate material properties that they are interested in, including high value private properties like high strain rate data or CAE simulation data. Give them a means to request access to this data via the internet. Let your product specialists accept or deny requests depending on your customer relationships. Always maintain control.

Matereality database protects against data loss and misuse. All the data on all your materials resides in a single place that is accessed by all your personnel as well as your customers. You control who sees what data. Hide properties of proprietary grades so that only your internal teams can see them. No one but those you specifically designate will even know this data exists.

Consolidate your data in complete detail in fully digital format. You no longer have to keep file cabinets to store data that does not fit into your database. Go paperless. Data is constantly updated and is always current.

Added value for design

Support high end client applications such as CAE and design applications. You no longer have to perform unit conversions for clients or post process data for their various applications. Your database will do this for you.
