DatapointLabs is an expert materials testing company that provides testing services for polymers, plastics, rubber, foam, ceramics, food and metals. With its TestPaks technology, the company provides expertise in defining material model parameters for CAE design. Matereality^® is a licensed distributor through Battelle Memorial Institute of this Metallic Material Properties Development and Standardization (MMPDS) derivative product. Battelle serves as the MMPDS Handbook secretariat and holds an exclusive license from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to oversee reproduction and distribution of the Handbook and associated products. The MMPDS is a worldwide technical coordination effort led by the FAA to continue the Handbook process initiated by MIL-HDBK-5. The Handbook is recognized as the most reliable source for verified design allowables needed for metallic materials, fasteners, and joints used in the design and maintenance of aircraft, missiles, and space vehicles.
