Global Data Center Single user access

The Matereality Global Data Center is a constantly expanding, collaborative resource of material properties for engineering and other applications. The system currently contains a massive collection of high-value material properties including over 160,000 Tensile datasets, 40,000 Stress-Strain curves, more than 7000 viscosity data results, and 270 Hyperelastic properties.

Single User Access does not include a Personal Material Database.

Matereality’s SaaS (Software as a Service) web-applications

  • Anytime, anywhere access to all of Matereality's "Public" data
  • Automated data access request system for "Private" data
  • Tools to analyze and visualize material data trends and dependencies
  • Unit conversions
  • Transform raw data to CAE-ready input decks
  • Print and Export data pages
  • Data Certificates for each dataset
  • Share functionality to aid in collaboration between peers

Databases include:

  • Material Supplier Databases: contain a mix of publicly available single point and multi-point properties, plus "high-value" material data that is available upon request.

  • Non-linear CAE Starter Material Database: contains high value design properties of typical materials. Materials are sourced from McMaster Carr and others.
    • Hyperelastic properties
    • Temperature dependent stress-strain data
    • Rate dependent foam stress-strain data
    • 37C in-saline stress-strain and visco-elastic data on UHMWPE for in-vivo biomedical applications
    • Rate dependent stress-strain data on polycarbonate plastic

  • NIST Lead-Free Solder Database for the Electronics Industry: contains design properties of materials typically used in the electronics industry.
